The IMPACT SDW 5013 is a DECT wireless headset. The base unit connects to connects to a PC (or laptop) via standard USB or, if you have a phone with a USB HEADSET port it may also work (call us to check!). This is the new version of the hugely popular and frankly brilliant DW Pro 1 USB and also comes with extra wearing style options. It is compatible with Skype for Business, Microsoft Teams and all major softphone applications.

The IMPACT SDW 5013 model comes with a headband, earhook AND neckband in the box. The IMPACT SDW 5013 connects Via USB to your PC or Laptop. It has one interface only so you cannot connect to 2 USB devices simultaneously.

EPOS | Sennheiser are keeping the ULTRA noise cancelling microphone (they have 2 noise cancelling mics!) which is VERY good news for anyone in an noisy office who wants to sound like they're in their own private office.
